The Kelowna swims are hosted by the OSNS, and are located at the Parkinson Rec. from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

$15.00/person for AANR , TNS or INF members (That aren't OSNS members)

$20.00/person for everyone else.

The Kamloops swims are hosted by the Cariboo Club, and at located at the Canada Games Pool from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
